Residence permit in Turkey

A residence permit in Turkey can be issued on the basis of ownership and on the basis of a lease agreement for up to 2 years. Registration of the Residence Permit is included in the package of after-sale services of AZPO Proreties company. The residence permit is issued for 24 months and gives you the right to stay in Turkey for the entire period of the residence permit. Documents for obtaining a residence permit must be scanned and sent via the Internet to the electronic portal of the migration service. Upon the transfer of all the necessary documents, the electronic system of the migration service appoints the date and time of a personal appointment (interview) for those wishing to apply for a residence permit. At the interview, you will be issued a document stating that you have applied for a residence permit and now have the right to stay in Turkey while awaiting a residence permit. Within three months, the residence permit card will be sent to your Turkish home address.

List of documents for obtaining a residence permit based on the purchase of real estate:

– Questionnaire
– 4 photos
– Passport, photocopy of the passport (pages where personal data, photos, dates and the page where the last entry to Turkey is stamped is indicated)
– Photocopy of TAPU, for property owners in Turkey or lease agreement
– Paper from the Cadastral Committee confirming the validity of a copy of the TAPU at the time of submission of documents
– Annual earthquake insurance (DASK)
– An extract from a bank account or a receipt from an exchange office on the exchange of the required amount (for each month of residence, you must specify at least 500 USD)
– Medical insurance, issued in Turkey and meeting the requirements for obtaining a residence permit
