The Ziraat Bank rate on mortgages in lire for a period of up to 2 years – 9.8% per year, for up to 5 years – 10.8%, for a period of up to 10 years – 11.4%
Foreign nationals can not take out a loan on a property in Turkey in the state bank, but easy to make out a mortgage in any private bank in Turkey.
For example, a bank TEB rates in lira fell the most by 0.99%. Loan of up to three years will cost you 12.4% per year, for a period of more than three years – 12.7%.
Deniz bank offers the following rates: up to 5 years – 10.8%. Over 5 years – 12%.
The Akbank and Finansbank for a loan up to 10 years, the rate – 10.8% .
Remember that on a mortgage rate in dollars or euros for a period of up to 10 years – 7.2%
